Data Protection Privacy Statements

The following Data Protection Privacy Statements explain how the Agency for the Cooperation of Energy Regulators will process your personal data and which measures are taken to protect these data with respect to the following activities:
 

Administrative Board:

  • Agency’s Register of CVs, Declarations of Interests and Declarations of Commitment of the members and alternates of the Administrative Board, and publication of the Register on the website of the Agency
 

Board of Regulators:

  • Agency’s Register of CVs and Declarations of Interests of the members and alternates of the Board of Regulators, and publication of the Register on the website of the Agency
 

Board of Appeal:

  • Agency’s Register of CVs, Declarations of Interests and Declarations of Commitment of the members and alternates of the Board of Appeal, and publication of the Register on the website of the Agency
 

Agency Working Groups and Task Forces:

  • Agency’s Register of CVs and Declarations of Interests of the Agency Working Group Chairpersons and Vice-Chairpersons and Task Force Convenors and Publication of the Register on the website of the Agency.
 
 
  • Establishment of the Register of Declarations of Interests and Curriculum Vitae of the Senior Management of the Agency for the Cooperation of Energy Regulators (‘the Register’) and the yearly publication of their Declarations of Interest (‘DoI’) and Curriculum Vitae (‘CV’) on the internet.
  • Processing of the Declarations of Interest for Agency Staff members and seconded national experts
