The European Union Agency for the Cooperation of Energy Regulators is a subject to the provisions of its Financial Regulation.  

In accordance with Article 89 of the Agency’s Financial Regulation the rel​evant provisions (including Title VI Public Procurement and Concessions) of Regulation (EU, Euratom) 2018/1046 ​of the European Parliament and of the Council of 18 July 2018 on the financial rules applicable to the general budget of the Union, shall apply to the Agency.
