All nominated electricity market operators (NEMOs) have submitted to ACER the proposed terms and conditions defining the products that can be taken into account in single day-ahead coupling in accordance with the EU Regulation establishing a guideline on capacity allocation and congestion management.
The Agency must reach a decision before 24 December 2020, following consultation with stakeholders.
